Consent to personal data processing

By submitting the form on this site and ticking the corresponding box, I freely and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by the Cloutlab studio, whose details are given in the “Data controller” section above (the Controller), on the following terms.

1. Data

Name, contact (e-mail, phone or messenger handle), company, project description, estimated budget and timeline, and any other details I enter in the form.

2. Purposes

Reviewing my enquiry, preparing a proposal, contacting me about it, and concluding and performing a contract.

3. Operations

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, restriction, erasure and destruction, with or without automated means.

4. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after my last contact. I may withdraw it at any time by e-mailing the Controller. After withdrawal the Controller stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the Privacy policy and that the data I provide is my own.
